Suzuki technique, named for its founder Tadashi Suzuki, is a vocal training comprised of physical teachings drawn from a mixture of traditional Japanese theatre and western techniques.
Students will use several Suzuki walks or basics to exercise focus, discipline and the grounding of energy. The training, while physically demanding, frees the voice and lends it power.
Movement clothes exposing the knees and socks are required. Knee support is encouraged.
